On 26the December 2010, in Hanoi, on the occasion of visit to Vietnam to join the Conference for acceptance of the main product ''special relationship History of Vietnam - Laos, Laos - Vietnam (1930-2007 )'', high-level delegation of Lao People's Revolutionary Party lead by Mr. Saman Viyaket - Member of the Politburo, the direction head of the theory, ideology and central culture visited BIDV

On the occasion, BIDV also has the honor to welcome Mr. Le Kha Phieu - former General Secretary of Central Committee of Communist Party of Vietnam - to visit and warmly meet with Mr. Saman intimate Viyaket.

At the reception, Mr Tran Bac Ha - Party Secretary, Chairman of BIDV - expressed his honor to welcome the senior leaders of the Laos’ People's Revolutionary Party and former General Secretary Le Kha Phieu in BIDV tower - the operations center of the whole system of BIDV. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Saman Viyaket noted BIDV's contribution to the socio-economic development of Laos, while emphasizing the contributions of BIDV for a lot of support organizations of events, professional conference during the compilation of historical Set of book about special relationship between the two countries.
